2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping rates and available options are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: An economical delivery option with an estimated transit time of 12–30 business days after your order has shipped (processing time not included).
  • Express Shipping: A faster delivery service with an estimated transit time of 7–15 business days after shipment (processing time not included). This option is available for most destinations.

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated in real-time at checkout based on the selected service, package dimensions/weight, and the destination country. We may periodically offer promotional free shipping on select orders or to specific regions.

5. International Orders: Customs & Import Duties

  • Important Notice: For all international shipments, the recipient is solely responsible for paying any applicable customs duties, import taxes, value-added taxes (VAT), brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
  • These fees are not included in the product price or the shipping cost paid to DealWorldSpace. We cannot estimate these charges as they are determined by your local customs authorities. Please contact your local customs office for more information specific to your region.

6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s journey.

7. Delivery & Responsibility

  • Address Accuracy: You are responsible for providing a complete, correct, and deliverable shipping address at checkout. DealWorldSpace is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
  • Delivery Completion: Our responsibility for the shipment ends once the carrier marks the package as “Delivered.” We are not liable for loss or theft after a successful delivery. We recommend inspecting your package upon receipt.
  • Failed Delivery Attempts: If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal, additional fees for reshipment or return may apply.

8. Shipping Issues

  • Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows no movement or status updates for more than 15 business days after the initial “Shipped” notification, please contact us for assistance in opening an investigation with the carrier.
  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please email busines_X@163.com with your order number and clear photos/videos showing the damaged product and its packaging.
