  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original, resalable condition.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be attached and intact.
  • The return process must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

The following items are NOT eligible for return:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale.”
  • Gift cards or digital products.
  • Items that show any signs of wear, damage, alteration, or are not in their original condition.

2. How to Initiate a Return
To ensure a seamless return process, please follow these steps:

  • Step 2: Receive Instructions: We will email you a Return Authorization (RA) number along with detailed return shipping instructions. Returns sent without a valid RA number may be delayed or refused.
  • Step 3: Ship Your Item: Securely pack the item(s) in its original packaging, include the RA number inside the package, and ship it to the designated return address we provide. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. DealWorldSpace is not liable for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
  • Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., we shipped the wrong or a defective item).

4. Exchanges

  • We currently offer direct exchanges only for defective items or items we shipped incorrectly.
  • To request an exchange, please contact us at busines_X@163.com with your order details and clear photos/videos demonstrating the issue. We will arrange for a replacement item to be shipped to you.

5. Return Shipping & Address

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning items.
  • Returns must be sent only to the specific return address provided with your RA number. Please do not send returns to our corporate office address, as this will cause significant processing delays.

6. Final Sale Items
All items marked as “Final Sale” are sold at a discounted price and are strictly non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at busines_X@163.com. Provide your order number and clear photos/videos of the product and its packaging. We will arrange a prepaid return label for you and promptly send a replacement or issue a full refund, including any associated shipping costs.
